I’ve discovered the “31-day mindfulness challenge” cards through a lovely friend of mine.
She shared the cards for a few days on social media, and I couldn’t stop thinking about it.
The exercises looked really simple and easy to do, even with a busy schedule. I instantly thought about some of my friends, family and customers who could do with taking 10 minutes a day for themselves, so I’ve ended up buying a few sets that I’ll keep aside for birthdays coming up. I obviously bought one for myself as well.
